My merchant is seeing a recurrent Issue with a specific bank

1. Check the Banked status page for any issues https://status.banked.com/

2. Raise a ticket with Banked via support@banked.com with the following details:

- Name of the bank

- Example payment IDs

- Details of the issue

- Time the issue started occurring
