My merchant consumer is advising the bank they want to use is not available
- Check the bank is on our supported providers list: https://developer.banked.com/docs/supported-providers
If it is, check our integration status page to ensure there are know known issues with the bank:
- https://integrations-status.banked.com/
- Ask customer to try later or a use a different bank or payment method
- If the bank is not on our supported providers list, you can send a feature request to your relationship manager.
