Where we are made aware of a bank outage, we will grey out but still show the bank in the checkout. We monitor any bank outages and restore the bank as a selection option once we receive confirmation the payment will be processed as normal.
Most bank issues are solved within a couple of hours, we recommend you use another available bank from the selection list if possible, or if you can retry later when the issue may be resolved.
Please note that even when the checkout is greyed out, your bank's other services may still be available such as using your card.
